So we took four floors opposite Novotel Hotel on Nagar Road and fitted them out properly: glass partitions for natural light, ergonomic chairs, real air-conditioning, leased-line internet with six hours of UPS backup, and a 1,500 sq. ft. cafeteria where teams actually take a break.
Today the building houses startups, consultants, remote teams and training institutes — 100 workstations, 28 conference seats, and a community that keeps growing by referral.
